Docora is a local document tool for Android. This policy explains what the app accesses on your device, what stays on your device, and what (if anything) leaves your device.

1. Summary

We do not sell personal data.
We do not require an account to use the core features.
Imported documents, conversion results, favorites, and library metadata are stored on your device.
Core reading and conversion work without uploading your files to Janjua Companies servers.

2. Data the app accesses on your device

Depending on your OS version and choices, Docora may request:

Photos / media library — when you choose images to convert into a PDF.
Documents / storage access via the system picker — when you open or import a PDF, Word (.docx), or other file you select.
Vibration / haptics — for light feedback on buttons (where supported).

Docora does not record microphone audio, does not place system overlays, and does not read call logs or SMS.

3. Local storage

On-device storage may include:

Copies of files you import or create (for example PDFs saved after Images → PDF or Word → PDF)
Library metadata (file name, type, size, favorites, last opened time)
App preferences stored on the device

Temporary cache files may be created while converting or opening documents, and may be cleared by the system or when you clear app data.

4. Conversion features

Images → PDF — processes images you select on the device to create a PDF stored in the app library.
Word → PDF — converts modern .docx files on the device. Classic .doc may not be supported.
PDF reading — may open your PDF with a system PDF viewer on your phone for zoom and swipe.

5. Sharing

The app does not upload your document library to Janjua Companies. If you use Share / Open with, content is shared only with the app or contact you select on your device.

6. Network

Opening Privacy Policy or support links uses HTTPS to our website or your email app. Optional in-app PDF preview helpers (if used) may need network access; core local conversion does not require an account.

7. Children

Docora is a general-audience utility app. It is not designed for children under 13 and is not presented as parental-control software.

8. Your choices

You can deny photo or storage permissions in system settings (some features will not work).
You can delete files from the in-app Library or clear app data / uninstall to remove local library copies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
